Installing The Fog Lights on Honda Element

NOTE: These installation instruction present the left fog gentle being installed. The same process applies to putting in the appropriate fog lights.
fog lights1. Be sure you have the anti-theft code for the radio, then write down the frequencies for the preset buttons.
2. Disconnect the unfavorable cable from the battery.
3. Open the hood and take away the radiator cover (5 clips).

Routing The Fog Lights Harness
9. Beginning below the left headlight, route the fog light harness 1-pin connector and floor terminal by means of the outlet within the entrance bulkhead.
10. Locate the 1-pin connector blue-taped to the vehicle harness and remove the blue tape to free the 1-pin connector. Join the 1-pin connector you simply freed to the fog light harness 1-pin connector.
11. Remove the bottom bolt that fastens the car floor terminal and secure the fog lights harness floor terminal using this floor bolt.
12. Safe the fog lights harness 1-pin connector and the fog lights harness to the vehicle harness with one wire tie. Do not safe the 1-pin connector to the SRS harness with the wire tie.
13. Behind the front side body, route the fog lights harness 2-pin connector (quick end) down, and out through the clearance between the aspect frame and front bumper beam. Connect the wire tie with clip on the fog light harness into the hole in the facet frame.
